For those of you looking forward to the next installment in the Harry Potter series this fall… bad news. Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince has been bumped off of its November 21, 2008 release date and will now hit theaters nearly nine months later on July 17, 2009.

Today China’s Li Na upset Venus Williams 7-5, 7-5, knocking her out of the Olympic tennis tournament. After Venus schooled Serena in this year’s Wimbledon, and winning two Olympic gold medals in 2000, Venus looked back to form and was considered the favorite heading into the Beijing Olympics.
